After understanding your business objectives and goals, we start by creating a rough 2D concept, which is refined until we reach an agreed-upon general arrangement (GA). During this stage, we also provide you with a high-level budget to help you determine the value of the project.
Once the GA is approved, we’ll proceed to create a 3D model of your space, which will give you a virtual walk-through of your future office design. Workshops will also be conducted to finalise the selection of finishes and branding elements, taking us one step closer to bringing your office design to life, including a detailed quote.
Finally, our designers create a full technical drawing pack for our contract service team to ensure efficient and timely project delivery. Your project is then handed over to our Project Manager, who will oversee its successful completion.
