Our team works with you to understand your business goals and requirements. A site survey is conducted to comprehend the current work processes and building infrastructure. We provide you with concepts, including 2D plans, mood boards, and budgets, which we can refine until a mutually agreed upon GA is finalised.
The 2D plans are transformed into a 3D interactive walkthrough with collaborative workshops to finalise the specifications and finishes. A commercial approach is utilised to meet the agreed budget.
Your assigned Project Manager will coordinate all necessary materials and contractors to ensure your project is delivered on time, with a schedule of works and completion dates provided. The project will be handed over to the on-site Contracts Manager.
The Contracts Manager ensures that all site activity complies with the agreed building control requirements while delivering your project on schedule and to the agreed design, ready for handover on the agreed date.
Alongside our office design and fit out services, we supply and install furniture, fixtures and equipment products (FF&E), including flooring, lighting and acoustics.
