What’s our office fit out process?

Stage One – Project Brief

Our dedicated Project Team will collaborate closely with you to refine your brief and gain a comprehensive understanding of your goals. We’ll identify opportunities to enhance productivity and wellbeing by evaluating your operational environment. A thorough site survey will be conducted to assess the building infrastructure. We’ll present innovative concepts to establish the optimal design direction, including 2D plans, look and feel suggestions, and budget guidelines, until we reach a mutually agreed upon GA (general arrangement).

Stage Two – Design development

From the 2D plans, a 3D interactive model is built to present a visual walkthrough of your workspace. Collaborative workshops are conducted to refine specifications and finishes, seamlessly integrating branding and cultural influences. This strategic commercial approach guarantees strict adherence to the agreed budget and the successful delivery of the key objectives.

Stage Three – Project Management

Your assigned pre-contracts manager will coordinate all necessary materials and contractors to ensure your project is delivered on time. You will receive a detailed work schedule with a confirmed completion and handover date. The project will then be handed over to the on-site contracts manager for the start of work.

Stage Four – Project Delivery

The contracts manager ensures that all site activities meet health and safety requirements while delivering the project to the highest quality and according to the approved design, completing the proposed schedule to the agreed, and eagerly awaited, handover date.
